How a Contract Is Formed

Placing an Order

When you place an order through our website, you are submitting an offer to purchase the products included in that order.

You are responsible for making sure that all information provided when placing your order is complete, accurate, and up to date.

Order Confirmation

After an order is submitted, we may send you an email confirming that we have received it.

This email only confirms receipt of your order and does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

Order Acceptance

A legally binding contract between you and Zodgy is created only once we accept your order.

Order acceptance will normally take place when we send confirmation that the order has been dispatched or when we otherwise clearly confirm that the order has been accepted.

Order Refusal or Cancellation

We may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • A product is unavailable

  • A product, promotion, or price has been shown incorrectly

  • We reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, or unauthorised activity

If payment has already been taken and we cancel the order before acceptance, the relevant amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
